Allows *.CAD files that have been saved in VR5 to be opened in VR4.
Instructions: Download and paste the file SEiDB20.dll into the VR4 applications folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\M.E.P.CAD, Inc\AutoSPRINK VR4), overwriting the existing file. (Updated: 12/10/05)
